This T-series was snapped at the ‘Home Coming’ rally on the foreshore at Geelong right outside of the Ford Discovery Centre.  The obvious bit is that this was prepared for the Tasmania Targa rally – can somebody fill me in on the rest of the car?  Is it an old prototype, has it got the standard engine, who did the wheel polishing, who painted the top deck of the rear spoiler etc?
