(Back to AU Drawings.)
In 1964 the Mustang was released on what was essentially a Falcon floorpan and mechanicals. Despite this, the flow of inspiration has been in the opposite direction ever since with the Mustang providing styling hints and even engines for quite a few Aussie Falcon models over the years! Hence this latest iteration from Cameron - keeping with Falcon history it takes many hints from the current Mustang and melds them with the T3 Coupe concept by Dane to produce an exceptionally good looking and highly original concept.

Starting with the obvious bits Cameron added Mustang lights front and rear (with the fronts upgraded to suit the Aussie spec from their poor US based originals) lifting the boot lid to suit and providing a much squarer rear end that would have suited the Falcon down to a T. Next came the 4" roof chop with complimentary lowering scheme all backed up by 20" versions of the AU3 TS50 wheels.
Taking advantage of the fixed rear-side windows Cameron added fully legal (I kid you not - check your rego laws and you will see it is possible on one of these coupes!) twin exhaust outlets per side exiting through the beefed up T3 side skirts. Keeping things slick the boot lid has been left devoid of any silohette destroying growths although the same can't be said of the bonnet with the mandatory Shaker scoop taking pride of place where it ought to be - similiar to Ford's just released Mach 1 Mustang in the 'States. Keeping Dane's original theme (shaved handles) Cameron went one better - removing all side badging and indicators for an overall look that says "I want one!" Let's hope that some day soon Cam gets the funds to realise his dream because this is one car that truly deserves to be built...
