It seems our good mate Chris is back with this exceptional transistion from Ford's ultra rare XR6 VCT 'ST' into an even rarer Coupe with even more to boot! Continuing on from his success with his previous T-series ute pics Chris' latest effort is his first coupe to date - and what a way to start! Now an XR6 'ST' wasn't exactly a poor man's XR with leather, 18's and body kit standard (as well as a whole host of extras) but this one takes the cake with a masterful and almost inperceptable conversion merging the rear doors into the body work and stretching the fronts to keep that classic coupe line.

Next came joining the rear bumper to the rear quarters for a not-so-practical but oh so smooth look that leaves you wanting to find a way to make it happen... With the Falcon coupes of the 1970's having different tail lights to that of the sedan versions, it was only fitting that Chris' version do the same with these home grown units creating an interesting and almost Jaguar look. Finally taking inspiration from the twin deck wing of the AU series 1, the AU2 item takes on a totally different look - one that might have worked had it been let go public. Thanks again go to Chris for sharing his version with us - can't wait to see what's next!
