Starting with Tickford's original promotional shots, Chris quickly enlarged the lower air intake for a more aggressive look and substituted the TE50's headlights for a set based around the R5 4x4 Falcon show Ute but with a nicely reshaped side edge more suiting the TE's shape and filling in those some-what controversial triangular side blinkers. |  |

Not content with that, in his next effort he added a modern rendition of the XB's (and Mustang's) "NASA" bonnet scoops in a way that links it with the GT's of the past giving the TE50 the credibility that it should have had from the start. By using harder edges than used on the original XB items, Chris has managed to create the perfect "new edge styling" compliment to the AU's natural shape. |
Finally trying a set of (dare I say it) - almost Monaro GTS looking bonnet scoops round out giving a good choice between the three allowing for perhaps a entry level version (Mach 1?), GT and GTHO! One of the nicest and most appealing modification routes I've seen done in a long time...it's almost enough to make you want to go out and do it! Put simply, no matter which version tickles your fancy - I love them all! Go Chris - Go Ford!
