Mitchell's AU2 Ute & XR Sedan Drawings:

(Back to AU Drawings.)

Back with a vengence, these latest efforts from the land of Mitch speak volumes when it comes to creativity and originality in the end producing two totally unique and fantastic looking derivatives of the AU series 2 Falcon.  Starting with an early body kitted XR8 (late XR8's came with the FTR ala Peregrine body kit) Mitch stretched the side and rear skirts downwards - just the way they ought to have been straight from the Factory!  Starting on the front he filled in the side indicators (these would have to be moved elsewhere to keep things legal) next he moved to the grill replacing the AU2's twin grill bars with a more attractive single plane design with the Blue Oval moved from it's factory bonnet mounted position.

Moving onto the lower part of the spoiler,

Mitch extended it down to match the side skirts re-sculpting the air opening and brake ducts filling these with mesh and a 'SVE' (or 'Silk Vehicle Engineering') screen print just in case you missed it first time around.  - Finally finishing with the addition of an AU3 T-series rear spoiler.  All in all a very well done transition from Factory to modified with extra points given for originality!!!  But wait - there's more!  Going for a much more subtle look this time Mitchell's other creation takes a slightly different tact to the more usual XR based art-works beginning with a Mafia black XLS (and don't she look sweet!)

Starting by lowering the whole show about 3 foot, a set of T3 18's and Brembo brakes quickly finding their way beneath to compliment the new ride height.  Joining the cab and tray next to form one sweeping curve from front to rear, Mitchell decided the B-pilliar now looked too anemic beefing it up similar to that included in the Commonwhore.  Moving on to the most obvious bit, all is not what it seems with a Fairmont-style grill added to the low profile standard XLS bonnet for something really different.  With extra window tinting finishing off the look, there's no doubt this pair would raise eyebrows no matter where they went!
