Mitchell's BA Forte - Version 1.1

Sent in way back in December 2001, this pairing created by Mitchell Silk (hence the SVE or 'Silk Vehicle Engineering') takes the cake as far as getting in early is concerned. Starting with artwork created for one of the Aussie motoring magazines the original is surprisingly close to that finally released to the public only a short time ago - while Michelle's prediction of the XR8 styling is a little further away from what has now been revealed.
Still, that ain't to say it doesn't look good - with a ride height requiring a trick hydraulic / air bag suspension set up and that classic screen printed grill entry so classic to Mitchell's latest creations. Taking inspiration from the EL Fairmont Ghia, Mitchell added an extra grill-bar and dragged the sills / front bumper down a lot closer to ground zero than Ford ever intended. It may have taken us a while to get this one onto the site but for his efforts Mitch receives the Award for first BA Falcon submitted to www.trueblueford.com so congrats - and we're looking forward to the next few months as the full truth is finally revealed...
