Now we always love to hear of people who have swung from the Dark Side to the Blue Oval but when their subject of choice looks as good as this it makes it all the more sweeter - adding his distaste for the VY shape. Making it all the more impressive is the fact that it is Peter's first attempt at digital image alteration! Sent to us back in March 2003 this example makes use of the sedan's higher roof line (verses the Hillier versions which use a lowered roof) but loses little impact for doing it - so well performed are the changes.
Budding artists need note Peter's attention to detail in making sure the opposite side of the car (as seen through the windows) matches the near side making the illusion complete. We were impressed by Peter's use of a high-rez version of this image rather than the usual small pixilated version submitted by most. Top marks for a great effort and we look forward to seeing your efforts in future!
