Tony's Fairlane:

(back to the Fairlanes / LTD Visitors Cars page)

You can discuss Tony's ride here...

There's something about the humble Fairlane that not only screams class, but doesn't need all that much to look absolutely horn - as this example from Tony proves.  Simplicity in itself as far as modification schemes are concerned - changes are limited to Pedders Touring Suspension (with the associated drop in altitude), EF 16" Tickford rims and a neat looking set of extra driving lights (necessary with the Fairlane's rather poor illuminatory devices) but the effect doesn't miss out on a thing!

Now of course we won't mention the tow-bar or mud-flaps (necessary evils - but practical) and Tony didn't tell us much more than that - but the pictures tell the rest anyway...  Taking advantage of all those luxury factory standard features - the Fairlane makes a great option for those looking for something a little extra...  Thanks must go to Tony for sharing these pictures with us - great to see another Fairlane being appreciated in the way it was never intended to be...
