Hasn't been ran - maybe after the supercharger!

The XXR is Born:

I traded my Tickford XR6 in for this car. I was on a tight budget so I didn’t get many extras except a LSD and rear power windows. The SVO gearshift I had fitted soon after purchasing the car so make it even more fun to drive, and after a few months of ownership I added the wheels and tyres, bonnet and decals.
The manual gearbox is a pleasure to use with the short throw shifter, especially as I drive down the Great Ocean Road quite often, its fun through those tight corners!!!! I haven’t modified the engine at all but in the future I am thinking about Supercharging it.

The exhaust note is nice but not obnoxious, and the waste gasses exit through the custom dual tip exhaust, which gives it a tough stance from behind, complementing what is already a muscular rear end!
Lowering the ride height by 25-30mm is on the cards in the near future if I have the money to do it. I need to drive one that has been lowered to see if the comfortable ride is compromised very much. But the stance will certainly be worth it!

That is, of course, if I decide to keep it and not get the new shape 2007 (?) Falcon. But for now, this car turns a lot of heads I can tell you! As you can see, I keep it very clean and tidy, helping to maintain its slick looks and keep people turning back for a second look.

We reckon:

All it takes are a few modifications to make your car stand out from the crowd. The chrome wheels look good as opposed to the standard 17 inch fair and the bulge n' decals definitely make this one more desirable - the XXR decals are an interesting talking point!
